4. What is Gio Pelle Skin Care?
Gio Pelle was co-founded in 1996 by the owner of Anthony Products, Chuck Petrucciani, and Joanne Bianchini. Gio Pelle is a company dedicated to the development of physicians only, state-of-the-art skin care products including post laser treatment products, hair care and microdermabrasion.

5. Why does Gio Pelle require a minimum order of $50.00?
The procedure of processing an order costs Gio Pelle a certain amount of money. This cost includes taking the order, entering the order into the computer, picking the order off the shelf (or ordering the product if not in stock) and finally, packaging the order for shipping. Gio Pelle absorbs the cost of processing the order for purchases above $50.00.

6. Does Gio Pelle charge sales tax in the state I live?
Gio Pelle charges sales tax in Indiana and Florida only.

7. Does Gio Pelle accept credit cards?
Gio Pelle accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

10. Is the paper work I received with my order an invoice?
The paper work you receive with each order is a picking ticket. The invoice for the product will be sent to you by mail a few days after your package arrives.

12. My order was short when I received it. What should I do?
If you receive what you believe to be an incomplete order, you have 48 hours from the time you receive the package to call API and make a claim. Call API toll-free at 877-428-1610 so we can investigate why your order was short.

13. What should I do if my order does not arrive when expected?
Call Gio Pelle toll-free at 877-428-1610 and we will have the package tracked.
